Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues, including network, streetlight, and sensor-related issues.
  • Document and escalate issues that cannot be resolved on site, including using Itron Customer Support for support issues and the involvement of product management as appropriate.
  • Document root cause analysis for significant failures.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings and collaborate with internal and external teams to provide product feedback and improve processes.
  • Serve as a knowledge expert.
