In addition to all regular Guest Service duties, the Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Guest Service staff, addressing patron issues, and assigning cleaning tasks. The Guest Services Supervisor deals directly with patrons and must be prepared to assist with concerns, provide first aid, and complete Incident Reports. Guest Services Supervisor is required to have a current CPR Certification.
