Your new role
As a Plumber at HMP Garth, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks across the site. You'll work closely with the facilities team to ensure all systems are safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Diagnose and repair faults in water systems, drainage, and sanitation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with other trades and site staff
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of water regulations and compliance with standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a secure or public sector environment is a plus.
