About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant you’ll be the go‑to professional, sparking conversations, understanding customers’ visions, and offering bespoke solutions that turn dreams into reality. Your role is crucial in our quest to exceed customer expectations and achieve sales targets.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting with homeowners in their homes or in our showroom, through qualified leads
• Being pro‑active and confident in offering different suggestions and options to suit customers’ needs and aspirations
• Displaying a genuine caring approach to help customers solve problems and fill the gaps in their homes
• Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of the wide range of features and benefits, and relaying these to customers
• Closing sales and meeting sales targets to support the group’s growth objectives

What we are looking for:

We seek motivated and eager sales consultants ready to dive into home improvement sales. Whether you have industry experience or are looking to change, we support talent through training and development to succeed in the role. Ideally you will have:

• A strong sales background
• A genuine, professional approach that mirrors our brand values
