Position:Service Desk Analyst
We now have a vacancy for a Service Desk Analyst. The role is perfect for someone who is customer‑driven, technical and passionate about the latest technology.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Have knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365 and be able to learn our web‑based line‑of‑business tools.
- Have an understanding of IT hardware and the ability to communicate technical terms in a clear and simple way to our users.
- A qualification in IT Service Management or Service Desk Practice would be an asset.
