We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Leyland. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and candidates within the Transport and Logistics industry.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Transport and Logistics clients
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Matching candidates to suitable roles within the Transport and Logistics sector
• Negotiating offers and managing placements
• Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system
• Achieving individual and team performance targets

• Previous experience in recruitment (essential)
• Experience with in Transport and Logistics recruitment (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• A professional and confident approach
