Bank General Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank General Practitioner to join our Primary Care Team at HMP Wymott, a category C prison located in Lancashire.

Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Bank GP cover of holidays and sickness.

Hourly rate of £85.

• MBChB or MBBS
• Inclusion on the GMC Register and GP Performers List
• Evidence of engagement with annual appraisal
• Experience working as a General Practitioner in community general practice
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Ability to work with patients with a history of substance misuse
• RCGP Certificate in Substance Misuse 1 or 2, or willingness to undertake these qualifications
