Field Sales Consultant - Pest Control

Terminix of the Triad is hiring a Full-Time Field Sales Consultant to support our growing Lexington territory. This is an outside, commission-based sales role with typical annual earnings of $53,000-$70,000 for motivated performers.
As a Field Sales Consultant, you'll take a consultative approach to helping homeowners protect their properties. You'll manage incoming leads while also proactively developing new business through field activity, referrals, and relationship building.
What You ll Do- Follow up on company-provided leads in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities through field activity, referrals, and networking
- Conduct in-home and on-site inspections
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Prepare pricing, quotes, and proposals
- Follow up via phone and email to close opportunities
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven role
- Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter-minded approach to sales
- Relationship-focused and consultative in style
- Detail-oriented with strong observation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a field-based role
