Terminix of the Triad is hiring a Full-Time Field Sales Consultant to support our growing Lexington territory. This is an outside, commission-based sales role with typical annual earnings of $53,000-$70,000 for motivated performers.

As a Field Sales Consultant, you'll take a consultative approach to helping homeowners protect their properties. You'll manage incoming leads while also proactively developing new business through field activity, referrals, and relationship building.

• Follow up on company-provided leads in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively generate new sales opportunities through field activity, referrals, and networking
• Conduct in-home and on-site inspections
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
• Prepare pricing, quotes, and proposals
• Follow up via phone and email to close opportunities
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven role
