ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring the customer experience is fast, accurate, and friendly. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective action to meet the company’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Minimum age is 18 years.
