SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours/Contract Length: M-F 8a-5p

" Charting: OASIS & EPIC experience required.

" Weekend Requirement:
Would prefer one weekend/month if possible

" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission. Requests will only be accommodated if approved by the facility at the time of booking.

" Call off Policy:
Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-weeks.

" Accept First-Time Travelers:
No

" Locals Accepted? No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria

" Pending License Accepted:
Yes, only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. Otherwise, submission must include an active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license.

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

" 2+ years of Home Health experience required.

" Clinical skills required:
Proficient in nursing assessment and documentation (OASIS)

UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING
==========================
" Daily patient volume-RN will see 6-7 patients on a busy day

" Lexington is a more rural area so more traveling and driving between homes

" Mileage is reimbursed at ***/mile

" Floating:
Office is based out of Lexington but may float to other offices as needed.
