Pay Range: $21.50+ per hour, based on experience

What You Will DoProvide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being
Assist during mealtimes to ensure residents are supported and comfortable
Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with team members and families
Help create a safe, respectful, and positive atmosphere for all residents
What You BringValid CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring and team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours as needed
Above-industry standard staff-to-resident ratios
