Meaningful Milestones provides trauma-informed ABA (applied behavior analysis) to children ranging from ages 2-21 years old. We will teach you how to build relationships with your clients and let them know that you see them, you hear them, and you are there for them. We will also help you learn their assent behaviors and how to manage assent withdrawal and non-assent behaviors and learn that building that relationship allows you to build cooperation over compliance.

As an Interventionist/RBT you will work one on one with an autistic individual applying the science of applied behavior analysis; implement programming as directed by the Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst) from the client’s treatment plan. During your session you will collect data using an electronic data collection system on the tabletprovided by Meaningful Milestones.

You will be able to play games, color, jump on trampolines, sing songs, be silly, and teach your clients new skills and watch them grow and soar!

During your first
90 days, you will need to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
