Our client is a global leader in designing advanced thermal management solutions that drive sustainability, efficiency, and performance across multiple industries. They are seeking an Electrical Engineer II to join their engineering team and take ownership of electrical system design for innovative data center cooling equipment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies that improve air quality, optimize energy use, and support critical infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in leading subsystem projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring seamless integration between electrical design and manufacturing.

• Designing and refining advanced electrical systems for data center cooling solutions.
• Leading subsystem design efforts, including component selection, panel layout, and wiring.
• Coordinating prototype builds and supporting production integration.
• Partnering with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve feasibility and efficiency.
• Developing structured, configurable BOMs (Super BOMs) to ensure accuracy and scalability.
• Supporting controls integration and troubleshooting during prototype testing.
• Applying expertise in AC drives, power distribution, switch gear, sensors, and transducers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical design for industrial or mechanical systems.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical CAD tools (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
