BARC Electric Cooperative (BARC) is seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) to join our customer-focused team in delivering exceptional service. As an innovative rural electric cooperative, BARC offers electric service, internet solutions, and solar programs to our members.

The MSR role involves supporting members through various channels such as in-person interactions, phone calls, email, online chat, and AI-driven platforms. This dynamic position allows flexibilityторы work from dual offices and can be structured as part-time or full-time based on candidate preference and business needs.

Primary responsibilities includes:

Delivering outstanding customer service across all channels, handling onboarding, billing inquiries, credit issues amit and promoting service excellence through proactive engagement. Collaboration with other departments and supporting cross-functional projects are also key components.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the կամ adapted to various interaction methods, and experience in de‑escalating conflicts while maintaining professionalism. Proficiency in digital tools, Microsoft Office, and customer support software is desired.
