• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts
• Prepare job-ready material packages for field crews and coordinate deliveries
• Track usage, manage shortages, and ensure timely reordering to avoid delays
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Ensure warehouse is clean, safe, and compliant with company safety protocols
• Manage tool check-outs, returns, and condition reporting
• Load and unload materials for job sites, supporting field operations as needed
• Maintain digital inventory records using spreadsheets or inventory software
• Support logistics planning for current and upcoming projects

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination role preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Basic computer proficiency (spreadsheets, email, inventory tracking systems)
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
• Valid driver’s license preferred
