• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting efficiently and accurately
• Educate customers on plumbing issues, options, and preventative solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and recommendations
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and plumbing codes
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule when required
• Represent the company professionally at all times

• 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
• Valid plumbing license or certification (or ability to obtain, depending on role level)
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and troubleshooting methods
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and physically demanding environments
