Warehouse Team Member

Overview

Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Lexington, SC distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $24.47 /hr
• Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.00 - $22.50 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
• Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.68 - $1.97 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety
• Generous paid time off available at 60 days

• Qualified candidates must be able to:
  Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders

• Forklift or High Reach experience
