MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)- 3+ years of proven sales experience in the plumbing estimating process
- 2+ years in construction operations, scheduling, or coordination (or equivalent experience)
- 2 - 4 year degree in Business Management preferred
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to lead a small team and coordinate across departments
- Proficiency with scheduling/project management tools and CRM systems
