Retail Activation Coordinator – Brand Protection & CoThe Retail Activation Coordinator – Brand Protection & Co ‑ Brand plays a dual role in safeguarding brand integrity and supporting co‑branded retail activation initiatives across all retail channels. This position oversees brand protection processes, manages violation reporting platforms, and supports enforcement actions to ensure consistent application of pricing and promotional guidelines. In parallel, the role contributes to the planning, coordination, and execution of co‑branded marketing campaigns, enabling timely delivery of high‑quality creative assets and retail programs.
Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, effective cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining brand consistency and driving retail performance.
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities h3>Brand Protection & Compliance Management
- Oversee the Brand Protection Portal; manage submitted reports and retailer requests; monitor and respond to inbox inquiries; maintain organized case records; issue Brand Protection letters based on weekly meeting decisions.
- Manage and report online MAPP violations in weekly meetings; send violation notices via the portal; identify and report trends related to violations; maintain authorized dealer records within the platform.
- Prepare and maintain the weekly meeting deck with violation details; manage meeting agendas; document follow‑up notes and track action items.
- Schedule secret shop evaluations; manage completed reports; ensure timely follow‑up on violations and compliance actions.
- Update and maintain AWDM guidelines annually and as needed; assist in developing new guidelines for MAPP pricing, new programs, products, and updates.
- Compile year‑end reports on violation trends across platforms; pull data for retailer‑specific reporting or violation spikes throughout the year.
