Aboutthe Role
Retail Associate Managers (RAMs) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe our brand and Core Values, acting as brand ambassadors who create excitement around our products and services. RAMs thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are first, building meaningful connections with customers and continuously learning to uncover and recommend device and service solutions.
WhatYou'll Do
- Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in store.
- Sell side‑by‑side to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories, IoT devices and more.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and shared expertise.
- Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
- Explain coverage and network performance in customers’ neighborhoods.
- Show how plans and services enable unlimited, connected lifestyles.
- Redefine wireless interactions, handling device inspection, account review and troubleshooting.
- Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes.
- Build knowledge of systems and reference resources.
- Own customer experience and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless environment.
- Identify and handoff small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships and hold each other accountable for success.
- Maintain a fun, customer‑centric culture.
- Leadership skills and competitive drive.
- Confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to lead peers and share best practices.
- Effective operational, financial and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
- Prior wireless sales experience.
