Position Summary:
Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversees merchandise presentation, customer service, community outreach, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Provides leadership, coaching, and development for Associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition. Maintains quality eyewear services, including member education, prescription verification, and minor frame repair.
Supports company values of integrity, belonging, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety, asset protection, and quality assurance.
$30.00/hr – $43.00/hr

Minimum Qualifications• Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience with 1 year’s optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws.
• Experience supervising Associates.
