• Assess and record patient symptoms and medical histories
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards

• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• CPR certification
• 1–3 years of related experience
• Proficiency with clinical computer systems
