Registered Nurse (RN) | Per Diem | West Columbia/Lexington/Chapin

Are you interested in a flexible schedule and in-home infusions and skilled nursing visits? Bright Star Care has an opportunity for you to pursue your passion as an RN on a flexible schedule with a variety of clients (assessments, wound care, infusion, medication setup, nurse visits, etc.). You can choose which clients you want to help.

• Deliver care tailored to each client
• Monitor client condition changes and keep the Director of Nursing and staff informed
• Proactively update clients/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

• Current unrestricted RN license
• Certified CPR and negative 2-step TB skin test or blood test
• Minimum one (1) year of documented experience
• Driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; varied assistance may be required depending on client mobility; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
