Supervise one or more seasonal hourly staff members at a single location or kiosk;
Communicate with the District Manager on the status of recruiting, interviewing and hiring of seasonal employees for assigned locations when applicable;
Develop, review, approve, and monitor office work schedules and hours worked;
Review productivity reports, discount reports, AAG, and other various reports;
Maintain a comprehensible filing system for filing, acknowledged, rejected and complete tax returns.
