  • Owning the Case: From that first client meeting to the final resolution, you'll manage all aspects of workers' compensation cases.
  • Client Champion: Guiding clients through every step of their legal journey with clear communication and compassion.
  • Digital Dynamo: Keeping cases perfectly organized in our electronic filing system, ensuring everything is just a click away.
  • Deadline Defender: Staying on top of crucial filing deadlines like a pro.
  • Evidence Expert: Gathering, organizing, and preparing essential documents like medical records for attorney review.
  • Wordsmith & Communicator: Drafting clear correspondence and legal documents, and connecting with clients, witnesses, and other professionals.
  • Team Player: Providing invaluable administrative support, from summarizing medical records to drafting important case-specific documents.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 2-3 years of recent Workers' Compensation Paralegal experience in a law firm – it's a must-have!
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. A Paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required if you've got the experience!
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows, and case management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational prowess, and a keen eye for detail.
