We are looking for a highly organized, systems‑driven Training Systems Manager to own and operate the company’s training system end to end. This is a foundational role that shapes how every team member learns, grows, and becomes fully competent in their position.

- Strong organizational and systems‑thinking ability
- Experience building structured processes or documentation
- High technical fluency and comfort with LMS platforms
- Clear written communication skills
- Ability to extract information from experienced tradespeople
- Strong follow‑through and deadline discipline
- Construction or trades exposure
- Experience building SOPs or training programs
- Experience implementing LMS platforms
- Operate the company’s training system end to end
- Centralize all SOPs, checklists, standards, and training materials
- Maintain the LMS structure, updates, and version control
- Build role‑based training paths for installers, QI, supervisors, and office staff
- Interview Area Supervisors, senior installers, and SMEs
- Record field sessions and extract real‑world processes
- Convert raw knowledge into clear modules, SOPs, checklists, and micro‑lessons
- Validate content with field leadership before publishing
- Create structured onboarding for each field role
- Define competency milestones and skill‑verification steps
- Maintain refresher and corrective training programs
- Reduce time to productivity for new hires
- Work with QI and Area Supervisors to identify recurring install issues
- Translate quality trends into training updates
- Ensure standards reflect how work is actually performed
- Track training completion by role and crew
- Maintain dashboards showing adoption and progress
- Report compliance gaps to leadership
- Provide classroom‑style announcements and issue CBL tests
- Update modules as codes, builder expectations, or standards change
- Remove outdated content
- Improve clarity, usability, and efficiency of the training system
