Pediatric Therapy Associates is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy company seeking a dedicated, energetic Physical Therapist to join our Aiken, SC clinic. We’re passionate about collaboration, patient-centered care, and helping children ages 0–21 reach their highest potential.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment in a fun, engaging environment.
• Track and document patient progress in compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding goals and home programs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal Physical Therapy regulations and HIPAA standards.
• Stay current with best practices through continuing education and professional development.

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric rehabilitative techniques and developmental milestones.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to assess, prioritize, and adapt to a dynamic caseload.
• Passion for making therapy creative, motivating, and effective.
• Demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm for contributing to clinic growth.
