Memory Support Care Partner

Location:

Memory Support Care Partner Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with memory impairments.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental health to nursing staff.
  • Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Participate in social and recreational activities with residents.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
Required To Have
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably with memory support.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred To Have
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience working as a Med Tech.
  • One year experience working in a healthcare setting in senior living.
  • Computer skills.
