Job Summary
A Regional Business Director will be responsible for all commercial activities and execution of marketing strategies within their defined geography. They will also be responsible for the hiring, training and development of the commercial team they lead. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and specialty pharmacies. They will be required to identify and understand the unique market opportunities of their geography including reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient pathways.
They will be charged with strategic planning for their region and the development of detailed business plans to ensure the execution of marketing strategy.

Job Summary
A Regional Business Director will be responsible for all commercial activities and execution of marketing strategies within their defined geography. They will also be responsible for the hiring, training and development of the commercial team they lead. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and specialty pharmacies. They will be required to identify and understand the unique market opportunities of their geography including reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient pathways.
They will be charged with strategic planning for their region and the development of detailed business plans to ensure the execution of marketing strategy.
List of qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Minimum of 6 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
- 3 years of sales leadership responsibility; matrix leadership experience is highly desirable and preferred.
- 2 years hospital or large account experience preferred.
- 2 years Urology experience preferred.
- Consistent track record of performance.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to communicate cross functionally and within the region to share results, assist in training and develop best practices.
- Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results oriented.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time with overnight stays required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Leadership of a commercial team that will support the launch and promotion of Uro-Oncology products.
- Delivery of financial objectives including sales goals and ROI metrics.
