Kay Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our office team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys supporting both clients and field technicians.
This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent communication, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone and electronic communication
- Schedule plumbing services and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and timelines
- Maintain and update customer records in company systems
- Make outbound calls for service reminders, follow‑ups, and membership outreach
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or service plans
- Coordinate closely with technicians and management to support daily operations
- Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Type: Full-time
- Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour

Hours:
40+ hours per week
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service, dispatch, or call center environment
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
