Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $40.00/hr

$5,000 sign on bonus for those who meet the criteria below. Sr. Level HVAC Installation. You must be well versed in residential/commercial/industrial HVAC. Job Details
  • 10 years of verifiable experience required, we will check references.
  • Follow processes and procedures set forth by the company.
  • Do it right the first-time attitude.
  • Knowledge of NC Mechanical Code and National Electrical Code required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Installation experience of HVAC systems including Heat Pumps, Electric Air-Handlers, Air Conditioners, Gas Furnaces, & Ductless Mini-Split systems. VRF or VRV experience is a plus.
  • Prior ductwork fabrication experience required.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Manage installations with minimal supervision.
  • Mentor and teach novice installer helpers and technicians.
  • EPA Certification required.

    Responsible for the on-time, high-quality installation of HVAC/R equipment, duct systems, fittings, grilles, registers, diffusers, controls, and related equipment.
  • Must identify and solve problems that might impede the completion of work within budgeted time.
  • Provides feedback and suggestions to supervisors, salespeople, and others on ways to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Complete approved installs/improvements in a timely manner.
  • Complete required paperwork and collect any payments as needed.
  • Leave a clean, orderly beautiful installation, and make our customers delighted so they will always call us for their indoor comfort needs.

Sign On Bonus
  • Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates that meet our criteria in two (2) payments. $2,500.00 after 6 months of continuous employment and at 1 year of continuous employment.
