** mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing

** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing environment
* Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment running smoothly
* Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, pneumatics, and related systems
* Respond to production calls and breakdowns in a timely, professional manner
* Assist with equipment installations, improvements, and changeovers
* Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to support daily operations
* Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, machine guarding, and hot work practices
* Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work performed
* ** Bonus:
** Experience with PLCs or automated equipment is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for strong mechanical skills first and foremost.

** What We’re Looking For**
* ** 3–5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
*** Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
* Experience working on industrial or production equipment
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of repairs
* Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Familiarity with food manufacturing, GMPs, or sanitation standards is preferred
* Willingness to work flexible hours or occasional overtime as needed###
** Nice to Have (Not Required)
*** Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment or basic electrical troubleshooting
* Welding or light fabrication experience
* Experience using a CMMS system
* Background in food or confectionery manufacturing###
