• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store appearance, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to and from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily; training, orientation and ongoing development are provided on the job.
• Communicate clearly: comprehend and give correct written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Math and cash handling: add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change; utilize a calculator as needed.
• Use of computers, keyboards and touch screens for order entry.
• Physical requirements:
  
  stand, walk short distances, lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push, pull, climb stairs, stoop, bend, squat, reach up to 72 inches, and use hand tools safely.
• Work conditions: varying weather, temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F+, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery; navigational skills and ability to drive in adverse terrain.
