Automotive Service Receptionist

M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Receptionist to join our service department team.

This role is critical to the success of the dealership service operation. The Service Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers arriving for service
, helping ensure a smooth check-in experience while supporting service advisors and technicians throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers as they arrive at the service department
  • Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with service questions
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Check customers in for service visits and ensure information is accurate
  • Direct customers to service advisors for repair consultations
  • Assist with administrative tasks including repair order preparation and customer documentation
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians to keep service flow organized
  • Maintain a clean, professional customer reception area
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the service visit

Preferred Experience

  • Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus
  • Experience as a receptionist, service coordinator, or customer service representative preferred
  • Familiarity with service appointment scheduling or dealership service departments is beneficial
