Security Officer - Food Producer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to onsite employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.;
Control access at gates, entrances, and/or guard stations by checking identification, issuing and collecting visitor credentials, verifying appointments, and maintaining accurate entry and exit logs.;
Screen and direct inbound and outbound vehicle traffic, including delivery and pickup trucks, by confirming shipping and receiving information, coordinating with onsite contacts, and reporting irregularities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and escalating concerns according to post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
