Part Time Driver

We are seeking a part-time Driver to transport residents on outings off-campus as well as shuttle residents on-site.

Pay Range: $19 - $22 Hourly

Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Opportunity to pick up more hours as coverage is needed. Weekend hours are 12-9 Saturday and Sunday.

• Drive residents on trips.
• Maintain vehicles according to manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, maintain cleanliness of interior/exterior of vehicle and ensure snow is removed from vehicles before operating.
• Fill out vehicle inspection sheet weekly.
• Ensure that all safety features of the vehicle are in working condition; test the Accessibility Platform quarterly.
• Ensure residents’ safety on trips and provide assistance while boarding and un‑boarding.
• Communicate resident concerns/suggestions to Director of Community Living.
• Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident information to assure resident rights are protected.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Current driver’s license.
• Must be able to safely operate and drive a 14 passenger bus.
• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in an elder care setting.
