People Say Real Estate Is Sales. It's More Complex Than That. To really succeed as a new agent, you need to approach real estate as a consultative sales role, similar to tech sales or enterprise sales. That's how we train you. You don't need sales experience to join us. But you do need to understand that while hard work and building relationships will make you effective, becoming an efficient salesperson requires training.
We'll teach you both: how to be effective AND efficient. If you're coming from healthcare, teaching, traditional sales, project management, HR, or any professional background and you're coachable, we'll train you on consultative sales from day one.
What We Provide
We're a PLACE-powered team with institutional backing and systems already built. You won't spend months figuring out lead generation, marketing, or "what works." You'll plug into proven infrastructure from day one:
- Lead Generation:
Qualified buyer and seller leads from You Tube ($100K+ annual investment), SEO funnels, and Boston Street Pulse media platform - Full Support:
Dedicated administrative, marketing, and transaction coordination teams handle the backend - Expert
Coaching:
Year-round, hands-on training throughout your entire first year. We use challenger sales methodology to master lead generation, client consultations, offer strategy, and property showings (not just first-month onboarding) - Technology Stack:
Brivity CRM, content frameworks, listing presentations, scripts, all proven and ready to use - Clear Path to Income:
We expect first-year agents to close 19-24 deals. Once you reach $125K+ in net income for the year, we provide health insurance and cover most of the cost.
- Prospect daily (both inbound and outbound leads)
- Convert leads and conduct buyer/seller consultations
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through transactions
- Attend weekly team meetings and coaching sessions
- Follow daily prospecting standards
- Deliver Four Seasons-level client service

Required
- Active Massachusetts real estate license (must already have your license)
- Bachelor's degree OR professional career background (healthcare, teaching, traditional sales, project management, HR, or similar)
- Full-time commitment with schedule flexibility (sometimes you'll work evenings/weekends for clients, but this is your primary career)
- Coachable and ready to follow proven systems
- Understand this is consultative sales, not just "building relationships" or "showing nice houses"
This Doesn't Work For
- Anyone without an active Massachusetts real estate license
- Part-time agents or side hustlers
- People who think "working hard" and "being nice" is a business strategy
- Agents who want to do their own thing without structure or accountability
