Required:

• Active Massachusetts real estate license
• Licensed Massachusetts agents currently solo or with another team
• Closing deals but know you're leaving money on the table without better systems

• Understand real estate is consultative sales: educating and challenging clients, not just agreeing with everyone
• Full-time commitment with schedule flexibility (sometimes you'll work evenings/weekends for clients, but this is your primary career)
