At Keros, our mission is to deliver significant clinical benefit to a wide range of patients with disorders that are linked to dysfunctional signaling of the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) family of proteins. With a focus on developing differentiated product candidates that are designed to alter TGF-β signaling, we aim to target the pathways critical for the growth, repair and maintenance of blood cells and a number of tissues, including bone, skeletal muscle, adipose and heart tissue.
We believe our product candidates have the potential to unlock the full therapeutic benefits of modulating the TGF-β superfamily and provide disease-modifying benefit to patients.
This person will assist with clinical trial documentation, literature reviews, data analysis, and study startup activities. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain experience in translating TGF- science into clinical therapies within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist with the review of study start-up processes, data variability reduction, and drafting study protocols for consistency.
- Perform, synthesize, and present literature reviews on competitive landscapes and therapeutic approaches.
- Support the review and analysis of clinical data from ongoing or closing studies.
- Work with clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and research teams to support trial design.
- Strong interest in neurodegenerative diseases and TGF- signaling pathway science.
- Ability to conduct literature reviews, analyze clinical data, and interpret findings.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills for preparing documents.
