Registered Nurse - Hospice Case Manager. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:
Clinical pathway, develop and implement personalized care plans, education and grief, navigator, pain relief and management, skin assessment and ulcer prevention, or utilization review.
- Shift(s) available: day shift
- Job types available: full time and part time
- Employer features: community hospital, cross training, EAP, FSA, Level 1 trauma center, Magnet recognized, PTO, tuition assistance, union facility
- ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts

Salary: $75,000 to $150,000 /year
