Cartera Commerce’s loyalty solutions serve major airlines and top banks; we partner with elite companies who use loyalty programs to reward their customers. We help those customers earn more rewards by shopping with over 1,000 online retailers. Cartera Commerce is based in Lexington, Massachusetts.
We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic Marketing Manager to help increase member loyalty for some of the world’s biggest brands through the development and delivery of creative marketing campaigns. Candidates should have a strong CRM/Lifecycle personalized marketing background and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Drive ongoing development and execution of client-branded multi-channel digital marketing strategy & content.
- Manage reporting and analysis of various marketing initiatives, finding key insights and recommending future tests/optimizations.
- Leverage customer data and segmentation strategies to deliver highly personalized messaging across multiple channels in a scalable way.
- Manage and maintain marketing calendars and timelines to ensure seamless integration between client growth efforts and “retail and services” spikes.
- QA marketing collateral across various digital channels in order to maintain consistent messaging across multi-channel communications.
- Support other initiatives as identified and directed.
- Experience designing, launching and optimizing multi-channel personalized marketing programs.
- Strong analytic skills, including familiarity with campaign optimization and ability to measure and interpret campaign performance
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative thinker able to be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, able to work simultaneously and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to clearly communicate verbally, through written communications, and with presentations.
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising role with a proven record of overseeing end-to-end CRM/Lifecycle personalized marketing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Sense of humor and positive attitude preferred

CompensationAt the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base compensation for this role to be within the range shown below. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
