About the role

This role supports evidence-based medicine and outcomes research initiatives for marketed therapies and new indications. You will partner closely with Medical, Research, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality epidemiologic analyses that inform clinical and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead epidemiologic analyses for observational and EBM studies using SAS
• Contribute to study design
  , analytic plans, and defined objectives
• Develop, validate, and QC statistical programs and outputs
• Analyze large internal databases and external registries/real-world data
• Collaborate with Medical, Research, and IT teams to support data infrastructure

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS, MPH, or PhD) in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
• 5+ years experience (MS/MPH) or 1+ year (PhD) in epidemiology or outcomes research
• Strong hands-on SAS programming experience (must-have)
• Experience with observational studies, EBM, or HEOR
• Background in pharma, medical device, or healthcare analytics preferred

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

• Estimated hourly range: $45–$49/hr (W-2)
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
