Important

CNA certification and SAMM training are required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
  • Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
  • Help with mobility and transfers using wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Follow infection control practices, facility protocols, and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
  • Current CNA certification – required
  • High school diploma or GED – required
  • CPR certification – required
  • Current physical exam and TB test (within 12 months) – required
  • At least 1 year of CNA experience – preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work effectively as part of a team
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
