Position: FY 2027: Dual Enrollment/Articulation Agreement Lead - Stipend Position
Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Dual Enrollment/Articulation Agreement Lead for the  school year. The Dual Enrollment/Articulation Agreement Lead supports the successful delivery of dual enrolment classes at Minuteman, with an intention to grow the number of offerings. Ensure that students are counseled toward enrolling in dual enrollment courses and taking advantage of articulation agreements. Develop relationships with institutions of higher education to develop and expand articulation and dual enrollment opportunities for students.

Collaborates with all Academic Department classroom teachers, vocational teachers, administrators, community members, other institutions of learning and higher education. This is a stipend position, with responsibilities and compensation detailed below. Major Responsibilities:

* Support the development of new and maintenance of existing Articulation Agreements with post-secondary educational institutions.

* Ensure guidance counselors, Career and Technical Education teachers, students and parents are familiar with Minuteman's many Articulation Agreements and dual enrollment opportunities and the benefits and responsibilities tied to participation.

* Coordinate and act as the point person for all existing Dual Enrollment related matters including maintenance of student records, oversight of course offerings, and alignment, program of studies descriptions, student placements and collaboration with the Associate Dean of Educational Pathways or other representatives at Middlesex Community College.

* Facilitate Dual Enrollment Parent Meetings along with Middlesex Community College or other colleges.

* Develop action plans and timetables and document results as directed.

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Educator Licensure as approved by the State of Massachusetts.

* Strong interpersonal, speaking, and writing skills.

* Strong leadership and organizational skills.

* Alternatives to the above as may be approved by the Superintendent.

* Open to and solicits feedback from peers, subordinates and supervisor.

Additional Requirements:

* This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public, walking around the school, standing for periods, occasionally lifting and carrying items, reading documents, using a computer, listening and speaking, using office equipment, maintaining energy throughout the day, and handling stress effectively.

Terms of Employment:

* Stipend Position.

Effective Dates of Employment:

* This is a stipend position for the  school year (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027).

Supervisor:

* Principal.

Compensation:

* The total stipend for this position is $6,493 for the entire assignment.
