FY Returning Teacher Mentor - Stipend Position

Position: FY 2027: Returning Teacher Mentor - Stipend Position
Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Returning Teacher Mentor for the  school year. This is a stipend position, with responsibilities and compensation detailed below. Major Responsibilities:

* Actively participate in mentor training program.

* Attend all schedule mentor meetings as scheduled by the mentor lead.

* Provide support and guidance to mentee.

* Be available to mentee as needed.

* Complete any necessary paperwork as directed by the mentor lead.

* Complete and logs or forms to track mentee/mentor meetings or work.

* Provide ongoing feedback to mentor lead and administration on program improvement.

Qualifications:

* Knowledge and passion of subject matter.

* Minimum of 3 years teaching.

* Conditions of employment.

Additional Requirements:

* This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public, walking around the school, standing for periods, occasionally lifting and carrying items, reading documents, using a computer, listening and speaking, using office equipment, maintaining energy throughout the day, and handling stress effectively.

Terms of Employment:

* Stipend Position.

Effective Dates of Employment:

* This is a stipend position for the  school year (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027).

Supervisor:

* Mentor Program Lead.

Compensation:

* The total stipend for this position is $1,948 for the entire assignment.
