Lexington Christian Academy (Lexington, MA) is currently accepting applications for the position of English Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. One full-time and one part-time role are anticipated. LCA faculty develops curricula and creates, implements, and delivers educational programming for students to achieve the goals and objectives of the LCA mission for all students.
Careful consideration will be given to applicants who have experience in curriculum planning and demonstrated excellence in teaching and inspiring young people. Candidates with a proven track record of leadership in curriculum and supervision will be given priority. Candidates must desire to collaborate with colleagues and be committed to supporting the entire school program.

- Ability to evaluate, design, and implement curriculum, testing, and/or teaching methodologies
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional and courteous manner
- Knowledge of child development and especially of children in the age group of assigned positions
- Knowledge of current educational research and varied learning styles, skills and pedagogy in using various methods and strategies to address differentiated learning and challenge students beyond the required curriculum
- Bachelor's degree is required; master's degree is preferred

SALARY & BENEFITS
