Feinmann is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to lead high-end residential design projects. You'll join a creative and collaborative team delivering top-tier solutions to discerning clients.
Responsibilities
* Lead the creation of detailed design plans that meet client needs and budgets
* Attend client meetings, provide design feedback, and modify plans
* Manage design budgets and ensure cost alignment
* Ensure compliance with codes and construction standards
* Collaborate with production teams to maintain design intent
* Support clients throughout the design/build process
Qualifications
* 6-10 years of experience in residential design
* Proficiency in Vector Works, Microsoft Office, and architectural drafting
* Strong portfolio of completed residential projects
* Team-oriented and communicative
* Architectural registration preferred
Compensation & Benefits
* $110K-$125K/year based on experience
