Role Description

This is part-time on-site (15 hours) Administrative Assistant position based in Lexington, MA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to advisor managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling clerical tasks, maintaining organized records, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Additionally, they will uphold professional standards in all interactions and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, and organization of office tasks.
  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with the ability to manage schedules, coordinate executive-level meetings, and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and prioritization.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent role is preferred.
