• Answers Corporate Switchboard During Business Hours.
• Books Reservations and Confirms Itineraries for Local and Worldwide Travel.
• Maintains Relationships with 3rd-Party Affiliates.
• Reviews and Confirms Daily/Weekly Schedules to Ensure Staff Coverage.
• Adheres to a Strict Confidentiality Policy to Ensure the Safety of Clients and Staff.
• Prepares Vehicles for Specialized, Boutique-Style Luxury Travel.
• Will Focus on Extended Travel for Clients, Including Destination Pre-Arrival Planning.
• Maintains a Professional Workspace.
• Provides an Excellent Level of Customer Service to Staff and Clients.
• Availability to Work Weekends and Some Holidays a Must.
• A Valid Driver’s License is Required.
• Must have a Clear Lifetime Federal Background Check.
