Overview
You will be the Logistics Analyst Sr. for the Logistics team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise logistical support to government contracts, ensuring equipment readiness and mission success.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Logistics Analyst Sr. you will manage end‑to‑end logistics processes at our Bluegrass Station facility.
Responsibilities- Establish due‑in and due‑out records for incoming equipment within the inventory management system (IMS) application.
- Execute issuance of government contract equipment to supported customers as directed by taskings.
- Coordinate with contracting officers and customers to research and resolve frustrated cargo equipment.
- Coordinate directly with internal and external customers to execute requirements and resolve issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position supports our Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Support Services contract, which is the U.S. Special Operations Command's largest service contract vehicle providing a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services. Learn more here: SOF GLSS.
LocationThis position is in Lexington, Kentucky.
RequirementsMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. The role requires an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Logistics experience required.
- Detail oriented and excellent organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
- Knowledge of a Government Supply System.
- Final SECRET Security Clearance Required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, highly demanding, team environment.
- Knowledge of Stock Record Accounts (SRAs).
- Supply Support Activities (SSAs).
- Property Accountability, Prop Accountability IMS's (ATLAS, PBUSE, etc.).
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
